A-PDF Merger
Review by on
The functionality this application has to offer is pretty much obvious from its title, but I’m going to spell it out anyway, just in case: you can use A-PDF Merger to “stitch” together several small PDF files into a larger one. This sort of functionality will come in handy if you want to archive, batch print, or merge reports, ebooks or data sheets. It will also come in handy if you want to append a PDF file to an existing PDF file.

That much is obvious from the application’s title. There are a few things that you will not figure out by simply looking at this application’s name. Like the fact that you can use A-PDF Merger to convert images files to PDF; the application provides support for TIF, BMP, JPEG, PNG, PSD, PCX, DCX, DIB, RLE, TGA, PBM, PGM, PPM, ICO, PCD, WMF, EMF, CUR.

Another thing that is not immediately obvious is the fact that A-PDF Merger does its job at a very rapid pace and the fact that it is quite easy to use. The developers of this application have come up with an intuitive interface that makes it a snap to merge PDF files. All you have to do is select the files you want to merge, arrange them in the order you want, and then hit the “Merge” button.

Before you go get A-PDF Merger and put it to the test, take a look at the technical details presented below:
Download – the download weighs in at 2.3MB, which is quite lightweight. At such a lightweight download size, it will only take a moment to get the application off the web and onto your computer.
Supported OS – at the time of writing this and according to the developer, A-PDF Merger provides support for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7.
Limitations – the trial version adds a watermark on every page of the output file.

A-PDF Merger is a very easy to use tool that does one job properly: it merges PDF files. It does this task at a very fast pace. A definite must if you need to merge PDF files together.

Pros
  • Easy to use
  • Several merging options
  • You can add a watermark or password to a merged file
  • Merge images into a PDF file

Cons
  • Free to try (watermark on output)
